Lunar nodes, Lilith and the Part of Fortune
These aren’t planets but calculated points. The lunar nodes show the direction of growth: the south node is what you already know how to do, the north is where to head. Lilith covers the shadow, repressed side. The Part of Fortune is the point of luck and natural flow. Viki calculates all of them, plus the vertex.
The lunar nodes
The points where the Moon’s orbit crosses the ecliptic, always opposite each other. The south node is the well-worn rut: easy, but circular. The north is what feels awkward and unfamiliar — and that’s usually where development leads.
Practical use: when things are heavy, check whether you’re sitting in the south node’s theme out of habit.
Lilith, the Black Moon
A conventional point tied to the Moon’s orbit. It shows the repressed: what a person won’t admit in themselves and then meets in outside circumstances. It works through the house it occupies.
The Part of Fortune
A point computed from the Sun, Moon and Ascendant. The area where things come together by themselves, without strain. A good compass when choosing where to invest your strength.
The vertex
The point of fateful meetings and events that seem to arrive on their own. Rarely used, but Viki calculates it — ask if you’re curious.
Don’t overload the chart
Extra points are seasoning, not the meal. Planets, houses and aspects first; the rest after. Otherwise the chart turns into a soup where every degree means something.
Nodes, Lilith, the Part of Fortune and the vertex — all in one chart.
