Who processes the data

What the bot collects
Viki is a chat bot on WhatsApp and Telegram. You provide the data yourself in the conversation; nothing is collected covertly. The bot stores:
- your name, city and zodiac sign;
- date, time and place of birth — needed for astrological and numerological calculations;
- conversation history (the last 30 messages) and the log of readings you have had;
- saved readings, the hour you chose for the card of the day, your language;
- on the paid plan and only if you wish — full name, gender, marital status, whether you have children.
Why this data is needed
Date, time and place of birth make the calculations yours rather than averaged. The conversation history lets a discussion continue instead of restarting. There is no other purpose: the data is not used for advertising and is not sold.
Where it is stored and for how long
The data is kept in a closed cloud database with restricted access. Retention is indefinite, including after a paid subscription ends — deliberately, so that returning users do not have to enter everything again. If that does not suit you, deletion is available on request (see below).
Who it is shared with
The data is not passed to third parties and is not sold. External technology providers are used to run the service, and each of them receives only the necessary minimum:
- the answer-generation service — the text of your message;
- the image-generation service — the text of your sigil or runic stave request;
- the NASA JPL Horizons ephemeris service — the birth date only, without a name;
- the WhatsApp and Telegram message delivery providers — the messages themselves.
The bot never receives or stores payment details: subscription payment happens outside the bot, and card numbers are not and must not be sent in the chat.
How to delete your data
Write to the bot that you want your data deleted, send an email to victoriarommer.adv@gmail.com or call. The record is removed in full: profile, birth data, conversation history and the log of readings. There is no automatic command at the moment — deletion is performed manually on request.

Astralics.com requires no registration and collects no personal data through forms. Essential cookies are used, and analytics cookies only with your consent — see the cookies page.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data is held about you, to request correction or deletion, and to withdraw consent to processing. Write to victoriarommer.adv@gmail.com, call 054-388-3090 or tell the bot.
