Conditions for using astralics.com and the Viki bot: what the service is, what it does not do and who is responsible for what.

What this service is

Astralics.com is a website about Viki, an esoteric assistant on WhatsApp and Telegram. The service is owned by Victoria Rommer, Haifa, Israel.

The bot provides tarot readings, astrological calculations, numerological analyses and graphic symbols. Some functions are free and unlimited in time; others require a paid subscription.

Nature of the service

The service is for entertainment and education. Tarot readings, astrological calculations and numerology are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and do not replace consulting a qualified professional.

Responsibility for decisions taken on the basis of the information received lies with the user.

What the service does not do

  • it does not diagnose and gives no medical recommendations;
  • it gives no investment or legal advice;
  • it does not guarantee that any event will or will not happen;
  • it does not work with requests aimed at harming other people.

Paying for the subscription

The paid plan is activated with a one-time code after payment. There are no automatic charges and no stored card: the subscription does not renew itself. When the paid period ends, paid functions switch off while your data is retained.

Payment questions are handled in conversation with a human through the bot, by phone 054-388-3090 or by email victoriarommer.adv@gmail.com.

Intellectual property

The texts, images and design of the site belong to the owner of the service. Materials may be copied with a link to the source. Images the bot creates at your request may be used freely for personal purposes.

Age

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page, with the update date at the top.
