Accessibility statement
What has been done on astralics.com for people with disabilities, which limitations are known and where to report a problem.
Last updated: 16 August 2026.
Our approach
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive impairments. Our reference point is the Israeli standard IS 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.
What has already been done
- an accessibility menu is installed: larger text, higher contrast, underlined links, a readable font, animation pause;
- the site works with a keyboard and the focus order matches the visual order;
- headings and lists use semantic markup;
- images have text alternatives;
- text and background colour combinations have been checked for contrast;
- animations switch off automatically when reduced motion is enabled in the system;
- the site adapts to screens from 320 pixels wide and has no horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
We state them openly rather than hiding them:
- a formal accessibility audit by an external specialist has not yet been carried out;
- some service pages left over from the previous version of the site have not been brought to the same level;
- the bot itself runs inside WhatsApp and Telegram, whose accessibility is determined by their developers and is outside our control. That said, the bot understands voice messages and answers in text, which helps some users.
