How to reach Victoria
There is no separate «write to Victoria» button in the bot. The practical route: write your question in the chat and say it’s for a human — it gets passed on. Payment questions travel the same way. And for real work with Victoria there is her school: vm-magia.co.il.
When you need this
- A question about paying for or activating Pro.
- Something broke: the card of the day stopped coming, a file won’t open.
- You want your data deleted.
- You need a personal consultation, not a chat reading.
How to write
Plain words: «please pass this to a person», «I want to reach Victoria», «a payment question». The bot understands it isn’t a reading request and forwards it.
What to expect
A human doesn’t answer instantly — unlike the bot, humans sleep. If it’s urgent, say so.
