How to correct your name or birth date
Just write the correct value: «I mixed it up, my birth time is 6:40, not 8:40» or «call me Annie, not Anna». Viki overwrites the data and calculates from the new values from then on. No commands, no settings.
What can be corrected
- Your name and how she addresses you.
- Date, time and city of birth.
- The hour your card of the day arrives.
- Your conversation language.
- On Pro — full name and family context.
How to say it
In plain words. All of these work: «change my birth date to 15 March», «I got the city wrong — Haifa, not Kharkiv», «drop the formalities, just my first name».
Viki confirms she’s saved the new value. If calculations were already made with the old data, ask her to recalculate — the chart is rebuilt from scratch.
The special case: birth time
If you once said you didn’t know your birth time and then found it on your birth certificate — do tell her. With the exact time you gain houses, the Ascendant and lunar transits, none of which existed before.
If the data got tangled
It can happen after many chart requests for different people. Write «check what data you have for me» — Viki lists it, and you’ll spot the error at once.
