Saving a spread to the shelf
The shelf is a favourites list for spreads, available on Pro. Tell Viki you want a spread saved and it goes aside from the general log. The point: significant spreads shouldn’t dissolve among everyday ones, and you can return to them months later.
How it differs from the archive
The archive keeps everything and is searchable. The shelf is manual selection: only what you chose to put there. The difference between «it’s all stored» and «here’s what matters».
What belongs on the shelf
- Spreads about decisions you’ll verify with time.
- Readings that hit exactly.
- Spreads over long periods — worth rereading in half a year.
- Cards of the day that turned prophetic: a fine study collection.
How to save
Plain words: «save this spread», «put it on the shelf», «this one matters — keep it separately». Viki confirms.
Why it really matters
Tarot is verified by time. A spread that seems odd today reads entirely differently three months later, when you know how things ended. Without saved spreads there’s nothing to run that check on — and that check is the best way to learn to trust the cards, or to catch where you were hearing what you wanted to hear.
The shelf and the archive come with the subscription.
