What Viki remembers about you
Viki remembers your name and city, your date, time and place of birth, the full log of your readings, the topic of your last conversation, your language and the hour you chose for the card of the day. The data is kept indefinitely; the dialogue memory covers the last 30 messages. And she keeps your data separate from other people’s: if you asked about your son’s chart, yours stays untouched.
Why this is the main difference
An ordinary chatbot starts every conversation from zero. You explain again who you are, when you were born, what you talked about last time. After the second round, people leave.
Viki works the other way. You come back a month later — and the conversation continues rather than starts. That’s exactly why she feels like a person, not a search box.
What exactly is stored
- Name, city and zodiac sign.
- Date, time and city of birth — the basis of every calculation.
- The reading log: what came up and when.
- The «shelf» — readings you saved separately (Pro).
- The topic of the last conversation, so nothing starts over.
- Your feedback: what resonated and what didn’t.
- Your language and the hour of your card of the day.
- On Pro, optionally — your full name and family context.
Yours and other people’s
A common bot failure: you ask for your mother’s chart, and the bot decides her birth date is now yours. Viki doesn’t do that. «Look this up for my son» is understood as a one-off request about someone else, and your own data stays in place.
How long it lives
The dialogue memory covers the last 30 messages. The data and the reading log are kept indefinitely — including after Pro ends, so that returning half a year later you find everything in place.
Want to be forgotten? Say so, and the record is deleted entirely.
Message Viki, come back in a week — she’ll remember everything.
