The card didn’t arrive — what to check

In short

First ask Viki what hour is set and whether delivery is on — usually it’s the hour or the time zone. If the setting is right and the message still doesn’t come, write it in the chat: a human handles those.

In order

  1. Ask: «what time is my card of the day set to?» — compare with what you expect.
  2. Check the time zone: the clock runs on Israel time, and if you never said where you are, the card arrives on Israeli hours.
  3. Make sure the chat isn’t blocked and notifications aren’t off in the messenger itself.
  4. Scroll the chat: sometimes it arrived and sank among other threads.
  5. Nothing helps — write that the card isn’t coming. It gets passed to a person.

The usual culprit

The time zone. Someone in Berlin waits for a 7 am card that arrives at 6 — while they sleep — and the notification drowns. It feels like «nothing came».

Meanwhile

The card can always be requested by hand: «show my card of the day». It’s fixed by the date, so you get exactly the one that should have come this morning.

How it looks in the chat
No card for two days now
Checking. You’re set to 7:00 Israel time — and you wrote you’d moved to Berlin, where that’s 6:00; you’re most likely asleep. Move it to 7:00 your local time?
Check the setting

Ask what hour your delivery is set to.
