If Viki got it wrong

In short

Say it straight: «that’s wrong», «the numbers don’t match», «way off». Viki re-checks and corrects herself. If the error is in the data, give the right values — she overwrites them. And she remembers your feedback: «that resonated» and «that didn’t» genuinely shape her next readings.

Three different kinds of error

  1. Data error — Viki calculates from a wrong date, time or city. The most common kind. Fixed in a second: state the correct value.
  2. Calculation mismatch — the numbers differ from a professional program. Usually it’s a different house system or time zone: check which system the other program used.
  3. A reading that doesn’t land — numbers right, interpretation off. Not strictly an error: charts are polysemous. Say so, and Viki comes at it from another angle.

Why speaking up is worth it

Viki remembers your feedback. When you mark what resonated and what didn’t, the following readings get closer to you. Silent disagreement changes nothing.

How to say it

  • «That’s not me — try another angle»
  • «The numbers don’t match: another program gives me a Taurus Ascendant»
  • «Now that hit the mark»

If something is broken

Card of the day not arriving, no replies, a file won’t open — write it right into the chat. Such things are handled by a human.

How it looks in the chat
The numbers don’t match — another program says my Ascendant is Taurus
Let’s compare. I calculated Placidus for 6:40 and got Aries 4°17′. If yours says Taurus, that program most likely uses a different time zone or rounded the time. Which system and which time did it use?
