How to delete your data

In short

Tell the bot you want your data deleted — the record is removed in full: profile, birth data, reading log, history. There is no automatic command yet; deletion is done by the administrator on request. Fair warning: after deletion Viki won’t remember you, and everything starts from scratch.

What exactly is deleted

  • Name, city, sign.
  • Date, time and city of birth.
  • Conversation history and the reading log.
  • The saved «shelf» and settings — card-of-the-day hour, language.
  • On Pro — full name and family context, if you gave them.

How to ask

In plain words: «delete my data», «I want you to forget me». The request goes to the administrator and the record is removed. There is no automatic command right now — we say that openly instead of hiding it in fine print.

What happens if you simply stop writing

Nothing is deleted. Data is kept indefinitely, including after Pro ends — deliberately, so that coming back half a year later you don’t have to introduce yourself again. If that’s not what you want, ask for deletion.

What is stored and where

The data lives in a closed cloud database and is not passed to third parties. External services receive only what the work strictly requires: the NASA ephemeris calculation, for instance, gets one birth date with no name attached. Payment details never reach the bot at all.

How it looks in the chat
Delete everything you know about me
Understood. I’m passing the request on — the record will be removed entirely, reading log and settings included. Note: after that I won’t remember you, and we’d be starting over. Delete for sure?
Ask about your data

Ask Viki what exactly she remembers about you.
