Why Viki asks for your full name in Pro
On the subscription Viki asks for a bit more: full name, gender, family status, whether you have children. All optional. It’s needed for reading accuracy — otherwise she answers about an abstract person rather than a woman with two kids and shift work.
What she asks
- Full name — for the numerological calculations that build on more than the date.
- Gender — phrasings and part of the interpretations depend on it.
- Family status and children — the context without which «take a month off» sounds like mockery.
- All of it optional: don’t want to answer — don’t; the basic features work regardless.
Why it changes the answers
The same 4th-house transit for a person without a family and for a mother of two are different stories. For the first it’s about moving and renovation; for the second, about a home demanding attention that isn’t there. Without context Viki is forced into a generalised answer.

Onboarding is an offer, not a form with required fields. If you’d rather not discuss family, say so: «let’s skip that». Viki won’t ask again.
Onboarding is optional, not a questionnaire.
