How to renew Pro
Renewal works exactly like first activation: you write «I want to renew Pro», agree on payment, receive a new code and enter it in the chat. There’s no auto-renewal — the subscription won’t charge itself, and that’s deliberate.
The procedure
- Write in the chat: «I want to renew Pro».
- A person contacts you and confirms the plan.
- After payment a new activation code arrives.
- Send the code into the chat — the subscription renews.
Why there’s no auto-renewal
Because no card is linked. The minus — you have to remember it yourself. The plus, which matters more to many: nothing will be charged out of the blue, and you’ll never hunt for where to cancel a subscription you forgot about.
If the subscription lapsed
Nothing is lost: the data, journal and shelf stay in place. The Pro features simply stop. Activate a new code — everything returns, archive from the previous period included.
Can the plan be changed
Yes. Had a monthly — you can renew with a yearly, and vice versa. Mention it when you’re contacted.
A tip
If you use it regularly, the yearly plan is both cheaper and easier: renewing once a year beats remembering every month.
