What happens to your data after Pro ends
Nothing is deleted. Your profile, birth data, reading journal and «shelf» stay in place — deliberately, so that on your return you don’t start from zero. The subscription features simply stop working: transit alerts, archive search, horary and the rest.
What stays
- Name, date, time and city of birth.
- The whole conversation history and the reading journal.
- The saved «shelf».
- The hour your daily card arrives, and the conversation language.
What stops working
- Transit alerts — Viki no longer writes first.
- Archive search and saving to the shelf.
- Horary questions, the energy portrait, the weekly focus, the monthly review.
- Story cards and the raised sigil limit.
- Answers return to the regular model.
What keeps working free
Conversation without daily limits, all Tarot spreads, the full natal chart with PDF, the daily card at your chosen hour, the Pythagorean square, voice messages and five sigils a day. The free tier is large, and it’s no crippled demo.
If you come back
Activate a new code — and everything you had is available again, along with the archive from the previous period. That’s exactly why the data is kept.
If you’d rather it weren’t kept
Write that you want your data deleted — the record is removed entirely. There’s a separate guide on that.
