What people usually ask before the first message
Is this a real person or a program?
A program — and we don’t hide it. She answers around the clock: an ordinary question instantly, a natal chart or a PDF report takes up to a couple of minutes, because that is a real calculation and not a template. But Viki talks like a human being and remembers your history.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
Viki remembers you specifically. Your name, your date and place of birth, every past reading, what you talked about last time — and she does not confuse your data with someone else’s when you ask about your son’s chart. On top of that, real calculations sit behind the answers: planetary positions come from NASA ephemerides, not from memory.
How is this different from horoscope apps?

Do I need to install or register anything?
No. Viki lives inside your WhatsApp or Telegram. No apps, no passwords, no forms — just write to her the way you write to friends.
Which languages can I write in?
Russian, Hebrew or English — Viki detects your language and keeps to it, including daily messages such as the card of the day. She also understands voice notes: dictate your question and the answer arrives as text.
What happens to my data?
Viki stores your name, city, date, time and place of birth, the history of your conversation and the log of your readings — all of it is needed so that the calculations are yours and the conversation continues. The data sits in a closed cloud database and is not passed to third parties; only what is strictly necessary goes to external services — for example, only a birth date is sent to the NASA ephemeris calculation. The bot never sees payment details. If you want your record deleted, write to us and it will be removed entirely.
What if I don’t know my exact birth time?
That’s fine. Without the time, houses, the Ascendant and lunar transits can’t be calculated, but the natal chart, tarot spreads, the card of the day and numerology all work. Viki will tell you what can be refined later.
How do I pay for Pro?
For now, manually and in a human way: you write «I want Pro» to the bot, someone contacts you, and after payment an activation code arrives — you enter it in the chat and Pro switches on immediately. There are no automatic charges and no saved card. There is no trial either — but the free part is large and unlimited in time.
Does this replace a consultation with Victoria?
No, and it doesn’t try to. Viki is about a quick answer every day. For deep work on a personal situation there is Victoria herself and her school.
